    collect engagement metrics such as message delivery status, timestamps, and read

    receipts to monitor service functionality.

  • Website Usage Data (Signal Analytics Only): We collect data such as login

    timestamps, page interactions, and session duration to improve user experience.

  • Device & Technical Data: Some limited data (e.g., IP address, browser type, device

    type) may be processed when using Signal Analytics or through third-party platforms

    like MS Teams, Telegram, Slack, and Symphony.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and manage access to Signal Analytics (including login authentication)

  • Deliver market alerts via MS Teams, Telegram, Slack, or Symphony

  • Improve and monitor service performance based on user engagement data

  • Login Credentials (Signal Analytics): Stored for as long as your account remains

    active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your credentials within 7 days

  • Message & Interaction Data (MS Teams, Telegram, Slack, Symphony): Engagement

    metrics (e.g., timestamps) are stored for 6 months before deletion.

  • Website Analytics Data (Signal Analytics): Retained in an aggregated, anonymized form to improve our Services.

  • User Communication: If you contact us via email or another method, we may retain correspondence for record-keeping and support purposes. Since alerts and messages are sent via MS Teams, Telegram, Slack, or Symphony, their data retention policies may also apply.
